Mikho Rkatsiteli Amber Dry Qvevri Wine

This natural amber (skin contact / orange) wine is produced from 100% Rkatsiteli grapes hand harvested from a single biodynamic vineyard located in Gurjaani village, Kakheti. The must was fermented with natural Georgian yeast n Georgian clay vassals (Qvevri) for six months. Bottled unfiltered according to ancient Georgian winemaking traditions going back 8000 years.
