Use of material presented on this site is subject to the following terms and conditions. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO USE THIS SITE OR PURCHASE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
FNHBev.com is intended only for use by individuals 21 years of age or older. By accessing this site, you affirm that you are at least 21 years old. An adult aged 21 or older with valid government-issued ID must be present upon delivery to sign for the package. Alcohol products cannot be left unattended or delivered to anyone underage.
Sale of Alcoholic Beverages
FNH Beverage Co. does not sell alcohol to individuals under the age of 21. By using this site, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age and that any recipient of alcoholic beverages ordered from our site is also 21 or older. All alcohol sold is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. If you do not agree with these conditions, you may not use this site.
Third-Party Fulfillment
FNH Beverage Co. partners with licensed third-party fulfillment providers for all alcohol orders. We do not handle direct sales or shipping of alcoholic beverages. Upon ordering, your purchase is fulfilled, packed, and delivered by a licensed distributor in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST), and aims to respond to inquiries within 24–48 business hours. Weekend emails will be addressed on the following business day. Please contact us at (323) 474-6111 for assistance.
Note: Our fulfillment partners manage all logistics. FNH Beverage Co. cannot access or alter orders once they are handed off for delivery, and in-store representatives (if any) cannot assist with online orders.
Order Processing and Shipping
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Fulfillment depends on product availability. We reserve the right to adjust orders if items are out of stock. In such cases, we may hold your order for up to 7 days to restock.

No shipments to PO Boxes or hold-for-pickup locations.

Adult signature (21+) required for all deliveries.
Shipping delays can occur. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments. Tracking details (sometimes multiple) will be sent via email. Address changes after shipping are not permitted and are the sole responsibility of the customer if made directly with the carrier.
If the package is returned due to an unauthorized redirect or change of address, return fees, shipping, and restocking costs will apply.
Returns
Returned products (if unopened and undamaged) may be refunded, minus shipping fees. A $15 return fee per box and up to a 10% restocking fee may apply. Engraved products are non-refundable. Any damage resulting from failed delivery attempts or returns is the customer’s responsibility. Protection plans do not cover these scenarios.
Claims & Damages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you dispute the delivery, the carrier holds liability. We will help file a claim, but resolutions are not guaranteed. Claims involving signatures or missing items must be filed within 5 business days. Redirecting packages voids protection coverage.
Wine-Specific Shipping Notice
Wine is temperature-sensitive. Express shipping is recommended in warmer months. Natural aging may affect older vintages and does not qualify as a return reason. Customers are encouraged to monitor weather conditions before placing orders.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, a 5% restocking fee may apply. Engraved orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours. To request a cancellation, contact our support team during business hours.
Engraving Terms
Customer-submitted text is used as-is. FNH is not responsible for spelling or grammar errors. Engraving placement is at the discretion of our engraving partners. Please allow additional processing time for engraved items.
Shipping & Processing Times
All orders are processed in the order received. Expedited shipping options (like Overnight) do not accelerate processing times.
Packaging Variation Disclaimer
Due to changes from distributors and manufacturers, product packaging may vary. This includes bottle sizes (such as 700ml changes), labels, and boxes. Images are for reference only. Batch numbers and packaging are not guaranteed. Contact us for specific product questions.
Packaging Protection Policy
We offer optional package protection during checkout. Unless deselected, protection is included. If declined, the customer assumes all risk. In the event of damage, claims must be submitted within 5 business days, with required photos. Insurance resolutions may take 2–4 weeks. Note:

Box or seal damage from packaging materials is not covered.

Ceramic bottle leakage is not covered due to natural variability.

Non-ceramic leakage may be partially reimbursed at our discretion.

No Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The information on this site is provided “as is” with no warranties, expressed or implied. FNH Beverage Co. makes no guarantees on accuracy or performance and is not liable for damages from the use of this site.

FNH Beverage Co. collects sales tax in states where we maintain a physical presence or nexus. If tax is not collected at the time of purchase, you may be responsible for reporting and paying it directly to your state. Please consult your local tax authority.
