Karas Single Varietal Areni
A refined single-varietal red made from 100% Areni grapes grown in the volcanic soils of Armenia’s Armavir region. This dry red captures the elegance and history of Armenia’s most prized indigenous grape, shaped by the land’s mineral complexity and extreme climate.
Grapes are manually harvested and carefully selected, then undergo temperature-controlled maceration. Fermentation takes place at 26–28°C for 20 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The result is a wine of balance, finesse, and true regional character.
