Gevorkian Ariats Areni Rose
Gevorkian Ariats Areni Rose
This elegant rosé is made from indigenous Areni grapes grown in the historic vineyards of Aghavnadzor, near the site of the world’s oldest known winery. Produced using the traditional saignée (bleeding) method, the juice is delicately extracted without pressure, resulting in a brighter hue and a more concentrated, refined flavor.
Ariats Rosé captivates with its vibrant pink color and aromas of field flowers. On the palate, you’ll find a layered mix of strawberry, red currant, raspberry, and barberry, finishing with creamy texture and a lingering fruit-forward aftertaste. Each sip evokes the cool freshness of Armenian alpine meadows.
Pairing Suggestions: Ideal for warm-weather enjoyment, this rosé pairs beautifully with cream cheese, goat cheese, fresh vegetable salads, and citrus-accented pasta.
