Arak al Pasha is a 700 ml bottle of Israel made Kosher Arak. With an alcohol content of 45%, it is produced according to a slightly different formula than usual, and serves as a wonderful introduction to the Kawar family's Arak.
The meaning of the name "Al Pasha" is "honorable master", and it is indeed an honorable and stunning example of Arak. Made from natural Syrian aniseed, as well as 100% grape alcohol of sweet white grapes grown in the Galilee, and finally, purified water, this Arak is made of natural ingredients only and is distilled without human intervention using technology to produce Arak with a consistent taste and no methanol.
